What Is New For This Year?

• WOTT is going PAPERLESS! For the first time, the invitation, confirmation and sponsorship correspondence will be done via email. Registration and sponsorship will be done completely online.

• The deadline for receipt of your completed Entry Form is Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Tournament registration will be completely on-line. Your "User Name" and "Password" were enclosed with your original email. Follow the registration prompts provided to register. Browse the Players Area for information about Hotels, Tournament Details and Frequently Asked Questions for additional help. • Player registration and check-in will be Wednesday evening, May 5, at the Houston Racquet Club from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. There are no provisions for registration at any other time.
• The registration fee has been increased to $350. If submitting your registration fee by mail, please use the following address: World Oilman’s Tennis Tournament, c/o Denise Kirby, 7903 Fall Hollow Drive, Houston, TX 77041. The minimum sponsorship amount has been increased to $500. Please see the sponsorship area or the sponsorship letter enclosed with your invitation for further information.
• The recommended dress for the Thursday night Sponsors' Gala dinner will be "business casual". While ties are optional, blue jeans are not permitted.
